Outside of WA I really like Park City UT and Phoenix.

This, but I think I'd rather live in PNW than PHX. While AZ definitely has it's perks in the winters, the summers can be downright devastating.

Definitely NOT Iowa. I love Chicago, but a warmer climate is def on my mind. Portland or Bellevue or somewhere in South Carolina are appealing.
