Hey I'm trying to get the carbon fiber hood for my car, but it won't let me put it on. what is going on?

I do like the engine mods stacking with forced induction finally, amd love how they stayed true amd you cant just make every car awd, 900lbs, and 900hp like forza, shits annoying.
And carbon hoods obly for select cars, my sti can do carbon hood (5k cr for 5kg of weight reduction...) But miata and ft-86 cant, sti is premium so is ft-86.
Yall checked out the race tuning packages at gt auto shop you can do on some cars? 189k cred to mack out my sti into a full stripped, caged, gran turis

I love it so far, Im taking it easy and dont want to advance too much in career mode as Im still waiting for my wheel in the mail. I got 3 cars so far and only have done a few B license tests. I bought two of thw same part by accident, does anyone know if the part bought can be used for another car because it doesnt give me an option to sell it, just delete ir or gift it.
Other than that the graphics and everything else about the game is amazing, I spent a good hour and a half just messing around in photo mode.
PS: has anyone found a way to fast forward or rewind a replay?YOUTUBE: AR Perez
