The 7 is geared for something uber ridiculous when you first get it... 220+ mph... first race I tried with it, I never got past 3rd gear... It needs some serious tweaking with suspension settings and a very light foot to keep it on the track with any reasonable speed, but it is sort of a nasty-fast little car. I did minimal power upgrades since it already has a silly power to weight ratio. I won some series with it; it was a challenge. Maybe British lightweights? I cant remember...
The Alfa GTV is better... :)Ben

This is very interesting... I wonder if different used cars have different set-ups, upgrades, etc? I was seriously surprised at how slowly that car accelerated, so I checked the trans to see what was in there. Mine came with the full race, so I changed the gearing.
I agree that the car is a handful; steady state, steady throttle and it seemed to handle pretty well. Add any throttle and the back end steps out or snaps around very quickly. There are MUCH better cars in the game. Although I'd take the Caterham over the Lotus they use for the 2nd Top Gear Test Track special... That car is just annoying.:twisted:Ben

I just picked up the caterham, I like it alot, and my retarded b-spec driver can win easily with it.
I've got the rollover one as well, I flipped my evo 8 times in one race just being a knob. Still won hahaha. I got one for buying the rs200, but forget what its called. You get a trophy for 30 and 40 cars as well. Speed freak as well (going over 200mph) and one for lapping people on an expert event (can'tremember what its called).
anyone else think its ghey you can't sell the veyron?

In A-Spec, Expert Series, what car did you guys use to beat the Historic Racing Car Cup?
I've tried the Shelby and the Ferrari 512BB '76, but I just cannot get anything more than like 6th place!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

I used the 512BB I believe. I think I won, or got atleast 2nd. The trick to that track is that the 4th corner (near 90 degree one to long downhillish at end straight) is a great spot to pass. Late break and take a very tight line. Bump a little and get outfront. Once outfront its easy to defend
EDIT: lols that was for the Historic Supercar Cup. Hahaha my badLast edited by 5Toes; 12-14-2010, 11:20 PM.
