I suspect that is the case but it has absolutely no causal relation to crime rates. Correlation does not imply causation. Like I said before, criminality is due to factors such as education, financial situation, parental upbringing, mental health, etc. It has nothing to do with the color of a persons skin, period.

The hard truth is that if the kid is black and lives in the city, we can assume he is poor, has bad parents; father in jail and mom a loser, and has had a subpar education. This is not being racist, this is being a realist. Whose fault is this though? I did not make black people kill, rob or cheat. When I worked in retail stores in Sacramento, if a group of black men walked into the store I would be almost certain they would try and steal something...And guess what? THEY DID! You can give the arguement that their poor situation has caused them to go hungary but that xbox and Madden games weren't filling any voids in their stomachs.

Oh, and black crimes don't just get more media coverage then whites, they do more crimes. This isn't a conspiracy that goes all the way up to George Bush (were still blaming him right? Kanye exposed him I thought?), this is just the way it is. That kid, his mom and grandma all embody what the general attitude of the black community is. Nothing is their fault and they refuse to take responsibility for their OWN actions. Being black does not make them automatic criminals but it does mean they will probably make a lifetime of bad decisions.

It is being racist because the very same can be said of a person of any race. A white person living in the inner city would likely have the same sorts of characteristics. It has to do with life in the inner city, and not skin color.

Dude, just checked out the video, that was great, JJ slammed on that kid.

But if you watch the video slow motion, that kid dive bombs the car on purpose. So he either hates Jean and was looking to fuck his car up, which would mean they know each other as neighbors. I don't know about you, but smashing into peoples cars on purpose hurts. You fuck up your bike, you fuck up your hands and risk eating shit and fucking up your face.

And why is there a full time security camera focused only on Jeans car. And if it was really legit, why not take it to a real small claims court.

Given that the TV show pays the damages since it is not a real court of law. So is it possible that Jean had prior damage (lots of swirl marks for a single bike impact), got together with his neighbor, (The black kid) and made a deal to do a set up and get it on Judge Judy. Judge Judy makes a judgement in favor of Jean. Jean instead of fixing the damage, since it was already there, splits the money with the kid. The kid get a few hundred and Jean get a few hundred.
