    Usually you have the answer to this question BEFORE you take on such a large scale migration. They should know flat out how much they're going to save, and how much the initial migration will cost. My tax dollars should never be a gamble involving a "cliff".

    Then again, this is a Councilman speaking here... I'd support the migration to google's services personally, and I have done so professionally on much smaller scales.

        Yes, but storing everything offsite makes backups a giant clusterfuck.
