I want to see the film, strictly because James Cameron doesn't dissapoint as previously said. All of the storylines these days are recycled and dull, at least there's a technological gimmick behind this one ;)

I thought the movie was great, I will likely go see it again with my woman at IMAX.

Best movie I've seen in a very long time. 3D is the way to go. Good story, good visuals, and sexy 10 ft blue girl. 10 out of 10.

The movie was incredibly predictable. The problem with movies in this PC age is the only acceptable villain is some nameless mega-corporation or the US military, or, in this case; both. Cameron managed to work in commentary on the environment, big business, US Imperialism, and the health care system.

It was a good movie, though a little long. The visuals were extremely life-like though. I honestly forgot until after the movie that Pandora was not a real place and was entirely CGI.

Thank you. For me, the length of this movie was highlighted due to my extreme annoyance.

I think there was a line somewhere in there like "If they're got the stuff we want, we make them the enemy and take it!" after "They're sitting on the largest deposit around."

                  Just like the Iraq.

Who the fuck cares. It was aimed at teenagers, if you expect an amazing storyline out of it you probably expected the same out of Transformers.

Movie was fucking epic. The kind that even after 2 1/2 hours you didn't want it to end.

Seems like everything I am hearing about this movie, is that its a bad bad remake of Dances with wolves minus Kevin Cosner and + Smurfs. Or a dead rip off of fern gully

No reason to see this flick and I am kinda a SciFi nut.

If that would disappoint you, then don't go. But you're missing out on some pretty epic scenes. I'd go again just for the eye candy.

The plot is pretty predictable, but it's made for teens. It's not the usual fucking suspects.

Saw it. Enjoyed it. Definately wasn't thrilled the played out glorification on "the man" and America being the evil empire.

But 'eh. Regardless of it's for teenagers or not, the graphics where really nuts. I thought it was going to be a terribly played out CGI motivated movie. Turned out really well done. Very creative and artistic in it's own way.

                          Summary:

Mission statement of the movie? 4/10
                          Visual arts? 9.5/10

I'd Blue Ray it up when it comes out.

HO LY FUCK. Great movie. 3D was incredible and the effects were dazzling.

I felt like I was literally IN the movie.

I want to go see this tonight, but the IMAX 3D showtimes are all sold out.

Is it worth it to see it in regular 3D, or should I wait it out for the IMAX version.
