The point remains the GOVT can NOT MANDATE the citizenry BUY ANYTHING. Fly's in the face of the Constitution.

Oh before you jump on auto insurance, Driving is a privilege and if you wish to enjoy said privilege you must buy the coverage.

See driving=privilege Life/living=Right, there is nothing the govt can mandate you to do or buy to exercise a right, thank you please try again
So now you are saying that living is a right???? Did I understand you correctly? So if that's the case, then isn't it a RIGHT of everyone in this country to have health insurance?

Every other developed country has decided, based on moral reasons, that it is the right of every person to have proper health insurance so that they can LIVE. What I don't understand, is why this country still thinks its alright for insurance companies to deny coverage, and for tens of millions of people to go without health insurance and, in many cases, die because they can't get the treatment they need. It's morally wrong.

Hopefully this stupid thing will not hold up under the flurry of lawsuits that will fly against it and the SCOTUS will toss it away.

So basically not having money would be a crime under this version of the bill? WTF

Just a little ironic since we're all on a BMW (German Car FYI) website... which may have been what Blunt was saying in the first place. Either way, what the fuck are you doing on r3v then?

Go buy an Oldsmobile. Oh you can't. Our car companies went bankrupt because they have bad products... that's right. Guess that's what happens when you build cars in the dark because you can't afford to pay the electric bill.

It's about quality, not where it's made. Several people I know buy solely on the premise of where any given item was made. They end up paying more for a lesser quality product 9 times out of 10. Again, quality is what matters most, or should, to any consumer. Competitive prices are great. The fact that our Government runs up a business taxes so that they cannot have competitive pricing due to over taxation etc, etc... who would fault them for moving over seas? Here, let me hit the liberals with a liberal argument...

So you're against companies moving jobs over seas because it's cheaper for them? Let me get this straight, you want to see foreign children starve to death because these other countries, even maybe third world countries now have jobs that you want to deprive them of??? You're FOR the economic down turn of another civilization that's lesser than you? See, you endorse the starvation of other less fortunate countries and vicariously their children... Shame on you. You must worship Satan. I bet you're a left wing Satan worshiper nutto that likes to eat babies and laugh when old people fall over...!!

Now how stupid did that look?

See now you are getting the idea of why govt getting into things it has no business being in is a terrible idea.

Oh but wait they plan on subsidizing the cost to those that cant afford it with a tax credit at the end of the year, but that still dose not change the fact that they may not have the money up front to buy it.
