I like Guinness, honestly, but my favorite beer is probably Chimay. Nothing like an abbey brew.

No real beer drinker compares any real beer to bud/miller light.

That being said, I am not a fan of Guinness.

Glad to see no one got hurt in the fire.

    I like their beer.

After my radiation treatments were over, the only beer that did not burn the shit outta my mouth was Guiness.

This was a relief. So much so that I sent them an email. They actually emailed me back and congrated me on completeing the cancer treatment and went on to say if they could help I was to contact them.

Loyal fan, great beer but not for everyone!

I prefer Murphy's but harbor no ill will toward Guinness.

Unfortunately I can't find it on tap anyfuckingwhere in the US, and it tastes like shit out of a can.

Guinness is the shit. The closer you get to Dublin the better it gets. Unfortunately it doesn't travel very well and the stuff we get in NA just isn't the same as the mother land.

    Arrogant bastard

I still have a big ass bottle of Double Bastard my brother gave me for christmas a few years back, god I wish I could get Stone in kansas.
I'm in Grand Cayman with my family right now and they don't have any good beer in this place I was able to find one Stout called Stingray stout but its nothing to right home about, the next best option is Red Stripe which is better here than in the states. but I would kill for a stone IPA on the beach right now, shit I'd kill for any IPA or even a Fat Tire or some shit.

Quit being the typical wannabe-beer-elitest Guinness drinkers that think your a "beer guy" for drinking it. Let me guess you like futball and watch the Red Sox with all your "authentic" Irish buddies too?

I'm from the northwest, which makes me a hop-head by default. I love IPAs with Pliney the Elder being my current favorite. Beyond IPAs, my favorite all-time beer is Manny's Pale Ale, and when it comes to the darker variety I like Georgetown Brewery's 9lb Porter or Stone's Arrogant Bastard.

Maybe Guinness will experience a shortage and you'll step outside your box and try a beer with some real flavor.
