What long thread. I can appreciate what you're trying to accomplish here, mainly stroke your ego and follow the principle of enforcing the law in the most pedantic manner. That's fine, and it's a valid approach. However, as many other fellow forum members have pointed out already getting the law involved might not always be the desired business decision. Your dismissal of this opposing point of view makes for an interesting shit show in this thread.
EDIT: I look forward to an update on your legal battle.Comment

This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.Comment

Im with the OP, i dont care if he could have called and had them take the picture down thats beside the point. I think the biggest thing, and i believe when you stated the copyright laws the legal system agrees with me, the fact that they took to time to physically(digitally) remove the watermark from the image gives him the right to ram them for all theyre worth. That being said im not suprised they stole an image, they stole wheel designs from several different companies.
This is business people, there is no place to worry about peoples feelings. I know where i work we check every new product our competition puts out for any possible way it could be seen to infringe upon our patents. Intelectual property is as good as a patent, especially with that copyright law, and the fact they used the photo without acknowledgment or permission, in a business setting none the less, gives him every right to approach them with a legal statement.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

OH OH, Grammar fucking police! Oh no!! Whatever will I do???
Someone saaaaaaave me. I miss-spelled a word! Noooo, my life is over.
While ironic that I would make a spelling error whilst criticizing your intelligence, it is off point. In light of your retarded personal views that everyone should work for free, my itsy bitsy spelling error means next to nothing.
Good catch though. Bravo... great come back. I had no idea someone could be so witty.Need a part? PM me.
