Brokerage fees are normal on international shipments through UPS (and other shipping companies). These charges are above and beyond the standard international shipping rates and are generally paid when the package is delivered. He is following standard procedure for international shipping. -
put some fucking house numbers up so this does not happen again

F**k ups!
i have had countless packages delivered to my house with now problems, but now theis?
the asshole who was supposed to deliver my parts on christmas eve decided that a little packed snow was too much for his truck and instead left my neighbors 2 packages in my mail box and all i got was a slip saying he couldnt deliver. then nothing on saturday because "it wasnt scheduled for delivery on saterday". now today the fucker comes down my road, passes my house, turns around and sees me in the driveway. instead of stopping to ask for directions because we dont have a house number up, he just smiles, waves, and keeps going. so i figure my package wasnt on the truck. i come in from working on my car to check the tracking number and it says he couldnt get a signature. well i call ups and they send him back, but he wants $21.45 "broker fee" before he will drop off the package and can't tell what its for!!! BULLSHIT! SHIPPING WAS PAID FOR AND IF THEY NEEDED MORE MONEY IT SHOULD HAVE COME FROM INTERPARCEL SERVICE!!
so my question:
for those who have bought internationally, did UPS demand an extra 20 bucks?!?Tags: None
