I was always the skinny little kid. Back in December I started lifting 5 days a week. I was 113lbs at 5'9". I now weigh in at about 136. Still incredibly light but, I doubled my bench press and squat numbers in that time. Now I lift 5 days and run two days a week. I eat pretty healthy and while that is important, the lifting made a huge difference in my size.Comment

Had my check-up today. Last check up I was 163 lbs. Today I was 191 lbs.

atta way. I owe much in my weight gain to lifting, too.I was always the skinny little kid. Back in December I started lifting 5 days a week. I was 113lbs at 5'9". I now weigh in at about 136. I was pretty fucking skinny (6'2"), accounting that I am 5 inches taller than you, I should weigh more.
You're lucky though, it's a lot easier to build bulk when you're not as tall = maximum pussay intake.

I've golfed since I could stand, bowled since I was 5, did BMX for about 5 years when I was 6 or 7, and I've always loved Ultimate Frisbee.Comment
