Now this is bullshit. As if money wasn't already a big enough factor in elections, now it will likely be the SOLE factor in determining who wins an election. I like how they framed it as a first amendment issue when it obviously is not, ESPECIALLY if we are talking publicly traded companies. I also like how it didn't even make the headlines. This will have big implications this year and in 2012 and beyond.
