Lemme start this off right here by saying I don't wanna hear about no damn Frenchs yellow vinegar crap. Semen is the 3rd ingredient, they just can't list that here in America...so if you like the flavor of dick, you probably like frenchs.
This thread is about all the different varieties of local glory: coarse ground, flavored, dijon style, whatever, as long as it is your favorite.
Here in the PNW, "Beaver" is a highly regarded local fav. Made right in Beaverton, OR, it is a wonderful product. Personally, I like the "Sweet and Hot", but the Cranberry is seriously delicious, too. I have yet to try the jalapeno, but I will just as soon as we get through some of the 6 bottles of mustard currently in the fridge.
You have a local fav that I am just not gonna find in my local grocer? Post it up!
