look up Bautz'ner-- its a former east german mustard that they still make today. they sell it in a few different varieties!! it rules all in Germany!
about 15 years ago- I used to go to a place called Jean&Judes (still there today) was 29 cents for a chicago style hot dog-- and they only had Mustard NOTHING ELSE!!! yum yum.Comment

When I was in Köln earlier this year, there was a mustard (senf) museum across from the chocolate museum. wife and kid thought i was an idiot for wanting to check it out, but DAMN..........
they sell it in pottery and the pepper one was unbelievable.
