You're going to think I'm a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles because it ain't mustard, but this stuff is really smooth on medium-rare cheeseburgers with a slice of beefsteak tomato, kosher pickles, and a wedge of extra-sharp cheddar:
Available at Trader Joe's. Sometimes. If they're not sold out, which they will be.

I have found the mustard's of all mustards (at least available in the states).
This stuff is amazing. I've had most all the Boar's Head mustards, but this one is the best.

look up Bautz'ner-- its a former east german mustard that they still make today. they sell it in a few different varieties!! it rules all in Germany!
about 15 years ago- I used to go to a place called Jean&Judes (still there today) was 29 cents for a chicago style hot dog-- and they only had Mustard NOTHING ELSE!!! yum yum.
