Okay, you could have just left it at that before I assumed you were some Illuminati conspiracy nutjob.

Oh and I haven't been on a porn site in over a week. Maybe that's why I'm a bit moody today.

I heard that intelligence officials were actually keeping intelligence reports from president FDR that were indicating that the Japanese fleet was moving toward Pearl Harbor and that there was a possibility of an attack. Because there was no real hard evidence in the reports that pointed stated that an attack was going to happen the officials disregarded them.

However, FDR once said that, "I am perfectly willing to mislead and corrode the vision of others to win the war."
So one could make the argument that FDR did know about pearl harbor. I tend to disagree with that because if he had known there is no way that he would not prepare Pearl for the attack, he would have had no reason to let the 4000 people die there without even as little as a tip off that the Japanese where coming to bomb them.

Then why did they pull some of those battleships from the bottom of the harbor and restore them to working order? I think the US did not expect the Japanese were going to attack. They had some warning signs, but that does not mean the whole attack was a conspiracy. It may look that way in hindsight, but im positive that its not the case. War for the US was inevitable, we were already allied with the British and French before we entered the war (atlantic charter, lend lease act, cash carry, etc).

long story short, war was going to happen whether we knew about the attack or not.

If we are really wanted those ships to get sunk we would have just posted them up in Manilla Bay and saved the Japs the trouble of sailing half way across the Pacific. Even if you talk about how much FDR wanted into the war, why didn't he declare war on Germany? Three days after we declared war on Japan, Germany and Italy declared war on us, pulling us into WWII proper.

speculating here but FDR was re-election nut. Having the public behind a 'popular' war would give him a better chance.

Everyone knows there were no black people at Pearl when that happened.

With respect to the living knowing Pearl was going to happen, no. They did have suspicion but it was both too dubious and too late to do a fucking thing about it. You cant just scramble a whole fucking fleet from a rear base because something thinks they saw a goat fuck in the west pacific.
                        Im now E30less.

Pearl Harbor was the rear base lol, and it is the last base you have before the USA. Those friggin Japs hit us right in the Daddy sacks.

you ever consider that maybe they had conflicting reports? Or that maybe they didn't have enough credible evidence? Or the fact that, if they were trying to prepare for a war it would make sense to pull their ships back to the mainland, as that is the ultimate goal for an attack on a country? (it's called the country's "center of gravity" and is mentioned from Clausewitz to Sun Tsu- you attack the enemy at their point of greatest importance. Or, you defend against it.) You all really need to switch who you buy your weed from, its making you stupid.
