No way! I clean my shit out religiously, all mail I'll ever need to reference goes to my "All Mail" archive. I've got all of my filters setup to filter my incoming email appropriately and tag everything for easy viewing/deletion. My inbox is empty right now and consumption is at 4%.
It's mostly .psd and .jpg files that I send to my freelance clients. Some family pics.

I delete the forum email notifications, bring a trailer daily mail and other newsletters I subscribe to. Other than that, I just archive everything that is more than 3 months old.
how is google able to have so much freaking space? and my friend mentioned something about how they own all the data you store on their servers, for ever.
