Surprisingly quite a few officers already know about them, there are tons of stories on the Ecig forums about it. Damn near every airport TSA folks know about them, I vape in terminals, on planes, damn near everywhere, hell I was vaping at the Kings game tonight and the season ticket rep knew about the damn things.

Kinda, it's like a little personal hookah you can carry around, they have an insane amount of flavors to choose from, from roast beef to tequila. You don't have to buy the fluid with nicotine in it, so it's like a water vapor that tastes good. I am digging the fuck out of it. It's so much better then smoking cigs, I don't smell like shit anymore. I am using the nicotine additive though that has quite a high dose I believe it's 24mg.

No, thats exactly what a good hookah does. It heats the bowl witch heats the tobacco to the point where the nicotine boils out of the tobacco leaves. The water bowl is only to cool the smoke. Also at George, the hookah has been around for thousands of years so as to your gums falling off or the likes I wouldn't be to worried.

Maybe by the process of vaporization, it could occur? I don't really know. I'm just throwin' stuff out there.
