Are you fucking kidding me Vedubin? Did you watch the clip or read the statement at the bottom? He never once said anything about the Louisiana purchase, he was talking about government funding for disasters like for hurricane Katrina in Louisiana. And I am assuming what he meant to say was Haiti instead of Hawaii which both happen to be islands with similar names.
