I make ok money... CNC machines are quite costly, having someone work on them is even more costly. When I was working for the last company I was at they charged 100-110 an hour for my services. I only got paid $17.00 an Hr., but they had some damn good benifits too. Wasn't a bad wage for a 22 year old!

Driving something that is paid for really helps.

That means insulate, drywall, paint, cabinets, fridge, COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM, all of that including a comfy chair/bench...and yes, you do NEED a 23" dual monitor setup to be able to see electrical diagrams on the PC.

I work at a place that machines quartz for the semiconductor industry. I am in there maintenance shop, have been for the last almost year and a half. Not really a new job.

I quess I will just have to have two tables then, but I better make sure I get one hell of a nice garage with whatever house I choose. Most work benches are just a tad to high to sit at and confortably work at, and most tables are just a little too low to be a good workbench.

Nice tip on the two 23" monitors, will have to do that.
