I've lived in several states, and IMHO California has the worst DMV system ever. I've walked in three separate times on the same day for the same thing, and had three different people give me three different answers for the same question. I'd call ahead to get my answer, but I know I will just be told something completely different after I get there and wait in line for two hours.

They don't even seem to go by the information listed on their website; next time I go, I'm just going to print everything up and give them a whole stack of their own information that they should already know. Balls.

    Thank you for that...

And to add.... at least we all dont have to go to the DMV to pay speeding tickets.

Just think you go in for a sticker ... havent broke the law ... you just want to follow the law... and they are fucking pricks.

Just imigine going in and same thing but you HAVE broke the law... it would be like a fist fucking that would make a gay man flinch. might as well have someone square you one in the nuts everytime you have to walk in.

They will force Blue Cross to take a cancer patient by passing law that says health insurance companies cannot turn down patients for preexisting conditions and ending the lifetime cap on care. THESE ARE VERY GOOD THINGS!!! Two simple regulations do no equal a government takeover.

They will make health care more affordable by offering tax SUBSIDIES to people that make less than 88k a year. Tax subsidies are not taxes, they are less taxes.

Now how is this government health care?

Aaa is worth every penny, their insurance policies are fucking legit too. My old policy expired on the 26th, but i've got another ten days after that to decide whether i want to renew. I'll be covered as long as i pay by the 5th.

Im a bit tired but Ill try to sum it up, which will be a bit hard.

government will have their own plan that they will offer people that cant afford or cant get health care. The rates will be cheaper than those of say Blue Cross Blue Shield and Humana. Companies such as AT&T and GM that have high retires that "receive benefits" will be forced to switch due to the cost difference "1/7 estimated cost" of say Blue Cross and Humana. They would be forced to do this to stay in business due to the new tax hit this country is about to get hit with. This will force out the private sector and everyone will be on a single payer system as they wanted in the first place.

Now there is tons more that has nothing to do with health care in the bill hence the 2740 pages. Such as a stronger roll of the IRS, $4 billion to only Black colleges, student loan take overs, cuts in Medicade and Medicare.

    Its loaded with utter shit,

Im just quick searching so if you dont feel its a good source google it yourself.

    AT&T

Caterpillar Takes Hit on Health Care

two massive companies that employ millions... how do you think they are going to pass on that kind of hit? Think snowball effect!

How about instead of criticizing me just explain to me how this is a government take over of the health care industry. I seriously want to know because I have read a lot on this bill from a lot of different sources and I can't find any source where it says that the government is nationalizing the health care industry and creating a single payer system paid for by an income tax. This is still 100% private insurance. Maybe you're the one living in la la land?
