Girlfriend and I rent a house in northern NJ for $1500 plus utilities. Ends up being about $1k each right now (heating costs suck bad--furnace is old and inefficient).

Im moving to the DC area in about 2 months and need to find a new place. I just got a job up there and I will be graduating in may. I have been looking at places in alexandria and its looking like $1200ish for a one bedroom. Anyone need a roommate? :)
