Wow, either Vick is back to his Pro Bowl form, or the Packer's pass defense is really just that terrible... I was under the impression Al Harris was healthy and going to play??
Either way, I think Andy Reid is going to have a tough time deciding who to start next week..

It looked like the ground knocked the ball loose?

^^^ You talking about the Lions game?

If so, I'd say no, it looked like he had complete possession and used the ball to stand himself up, letting the ball go. I feel strongly that the Lions got screwed outta that touchdown, and most likely the game :(

You must maintain possession as you fall to the ground and "through" the fall. That's the rule and they called it properly.

But that rule should be changed in my opinion. I think that should be a catch.

The ground also can't case a fumble, right?

It actually can. If you fall without someone touching you its a live ball but if you get pushed then it's down as soon as your knee, elbow, etc. Touches the ground making it a dead ball.

No, it can't. But in order to fumble, you must first have possession. In order to have possession by catching, if you are falling then you must maintain possession "through" the fall.

I'm just saying that's the rule and they called the rule correctly. I personally don't like it. I can remember this happening before to some Seahawks receiver and I hated it. I was also rooting for the Lions. I wish he'd have held on to the ball. I like underdogs to win games, especially when their backup QB is playing.

On another unrelated note, your QB may have cost me my fantasy game. I'm up by 20 right now, but my opponent has Shonn Greene tomorrow night, and I'm scared. I'm happy that your Texans beat the Colts, but I was sure expecting Schaub to have a better game than he did.

                        Yes I sure do.

I wouldn't mind it if the entirety of my team didn't give you guys the game on a fucking silver platter.

The Texans did live up to the hype, and it blows my mind how they won. <eating words, dad>

I didn't watch the 49ers game, and i still don't understand what happened. This is going to be a long week. The Saints on Monday will be tougher than I thought.

If it were say, a one or two score game, then you could maybe argue that some of the niners gave the game away. That was just a beat down.

It feels shitty, I know. I've been a seahawks fan the last two years.
