The only thing I could say is that the argument could be made that he was trying to flee and was murdered by being shot in the back. Of course only a fucking moron would actually try to defend this basis, especially after shooting at an officer, but I figured I would play the devils advocate. Glad the officer reacted properly and kept his cool even after being fired upon. Above that, the most important thing, he made it home at the end of the night.

If I'm a cop and you point that hand cannon in my face and pull the trigger (either it was a dud or a revolver with a spent cartridge in it, there's no way he didn't pull the trigger at first) I'd probably have reloaded after emptying those 14 rounds. Dude seriously, I saw the video was only 55 seconds long and thought "oh shit, the cop better not get shot in the face". As soon as I saw the dude pull the gun I said the same thing as the cop, lol. That fucker got what he deserved.
