    Mark D slow service

    I ordered a MarkD chip for my IX on Wednesday, April 21st, and paid instantly through Paypal. It's been nearly three weeks, and in that time I've emailed him twice at both of his email addresses without hearing anything back. I'm starting to wonder if the chip will show up...

    Has anyone else had service like this from him? There's also no phone number listed on the website, so if anyone has his number that would be helpful. I'm planning on giving him until Wednesday before I file a complaint on Paypal.

      I have dealt with him before and he is a great guy. I am sure he will get your chip but he is usually pretty busy.

          yea, he's a nice guy. very canadian. doesn't respond in a timely fashion at all. it took 2 months for my chip to arrive after I sent payment. I love it

            I just emailed him, I'll post up his response. I know he has been under the weather lately. I'm sure he will make good on orders. Bought from him many times.

                Mark still owes me a $44 refund from months ago. I've emailed him about 5 times about it, but get no response. :-|

                  He's a very busy guy. I believe he just got back into the advertising chips on forums/ group buy game. He won't burn you.

                      Haha. From what I've seen he's got good intentions and is a stand up guy, but he just doesn't have time to respond (or read) all his emails. Unfortunately that means I'm out almost fifty bucks until he decides to do so.

                            Alright, I just got off the phone with Mark. He says he's been diagnosed with type-II diabetes in the past few months, and has found himself without time or energy to do much of anything since. Despite this unfortunate news he said he'll do his best to get back on his unfinished business soon.

                              no offense to him or anyone with diabetes but that is not an excuse for something short of "swindling" people out of their money...he should either take the service he offers down, and ship out everyone's chips or give immediate refunds.
