i hope karma decides to step in. you get completely rear ended by some old lady in an iron tank of an old cadillac and you spend a few days in the hospital with stitches on your face. when you come into to work after those few days your boss fires you for being absent. you complain that you were out in a hospital and he says one little accident is no excuse for missing work.

the entitlement and lack of empathy some people feel is quite remarkable. he is not swindling anybody. mark d is very very well known to this community and provides a huge service. i dont know where the tuning community would be without him, only recently did another company come out another easy to use viable option. So all banter aside, its been three weeks, and I'm $230 poorer with nothing to show for it. I made one call and sent another email, so hopefully I'll be able to update this thread with something positive before.

As far as Mr. D'sylva's business and/or illness, I'm sure no one was taking shots at diabetics... Arguing stupidly about things irrelevant to the products he sells and the service that can be expected will be the best way to make this thread useless.

I'm not sure what's up then. It sounds like he's hit-or-miss with service, but I haven't heard anything back yet, and it'd be nice if he chose a day to respond to me. I'm sure he's a good guy, seeing as he's got a great reputation, but some refinement would be nice.....

But at least that diabetus guy is keeping the thread alive.
