Yeah they're crunching down hardcore. My mom has terminal cervical cancer, can't work etc, and they wont even cough up more than $500/mo after she paid in to the system for 30 years... Took her almost 6 months to get medicaid so she could pay for her outrageous prescriptions and she STILL can't work...The govt is really trying to hold on to that money.

Keep up the good fight, my man. Do you have a good S.S.D. lawyer? They have guys who specialize in this kind of stuff... We'd hire one but we don't have the money =/

Arizona DES is fucking stupid, I had to go to court with them too, I won luckily. Have them fill out your paper work; play stupid. They do it for all the se habla espanol, make them do it for you so then you can use it in your defense.

i burned the fuck out of my arms and have not tried to get it because i know that they would just tell me i need to find a new profession other than automotive.

have you looked for it on a federal level without going through SS.

i wasn't trying to belittle your problems. i spent 8 months in 2 hospitals, as the result of a OTJ burn injury. 3rd degree burns, skin grafts, 9+ corrective surgeries, perminately fucked up wrists as a result of diving on the ground on fire to put it out. i have at least 4 more new surgeriesss in the next few months. canlt do repeditive work because of my wrists.

i have talked to a few SSD lawyers and they have all told me that since i did not curl up and accept it, and stay fucked up, i don't have very good odds of collecting SSD. it sure would make life a lot easier for me if i could.

Not to say molestation isn't horrible and I may be the asshole for asking this, but how does being molested make you unable to work?

No. I spent time in psychiatric hospitals talking about the molestation. broke my back in a car accident, got hit by a jet ski at the lake when i was in an inner tube, and I am 24 right now.
