MK3 was easily one of the top 10 games during my lifetime. When that first movie came out, it hurt me. It was really bad... really. The games after MK3 also lacked its greatness. I lost faith.
Whatever that movie clip was for , well... it has me intrigued. I hope Jax gets in on the action- he was my favorite fighter in MK3, SO effective when played properly.E30 M52B28Comment

Mk1 - Changed my life
MK2 - Further enhanced my addiction. It was the greatest looking game I'd ever seen. First saw it at Walmart with mounds of kids around it. My dad stood there and watched it with me for almost an hour.
MK3 - Had to have it. Amazing.
MK4 - Bust
Subzero Trilogy or whatever it was.. Sucked.
MK vs DC Universe on Xbox - Fucking amazing as well, bought it the day it came out. Wasnt bloody enough for me. Super fun still though.
MK movie, at the time, I thought was awesome. Now, knat-so-much.
Im super stoked though!

The first MK movie wasn't *that* bad, relatively. Yeah, cheesy, silly, ugly, but whatever - it's MK. it was always those things.
the street fighter movie though, now *that* was awful. at least the MK movie looked like there was actual physical contact in the fight scenes, and the dialog, while forgettable, wasn't nearly as painful.Comment
