hell yea it is
I just finished a bottle of the $5 "clearance" wine they sold @ the vineyard. Its their cab franc and sav, and shiraz mixed. Really dry and spicey... and cheap.1989 cirrisblau-metallic 325iComment

Around here (Willamette Valley area) there are a lot of good wineries. Broadley, Tyee, etc are all pretty decent, although I do make it down to Napa for some private tours of Dunn Vinyards and Caymus Vinyards, both excellent in my opinion (my uncle knows a lot of wine makers in and around Napa)... So I guess the answer is yes, I'm into wine...;)sigpicComment

^That would be nice. OK has a few wineries scattered over the state, but the grape that grows here makes sweet wine *shudders*.
Even when they import grapes from California, they still make sweet wine with it.

please dont give us vodka drinkers the bad name with your cockery.
Honestly guys I've been wanting to get into wine since I lived so close to Paso Robles and the rest of wine country in CA but I could only afford two buck chuck if any. So I like the shiraz ;)

walla walla is amazing for cabs, merlots and bordeau style blends. you can hardly go wrong, and the taste is distinct from napa/sonoma
that said, malbec's from argentina are damn good and cheap, for now“There is nothing government can give you that it hasn’t taken from you in the first place”
