      i would say nooo...

coming from an e46's heres a break down of the unpredictable performance you'd get.

      vanos seal issues
      vanos rattle
zhp 4k rpm power loss (the never ending fix)
an ecu that seems to relearn itself every few days
      e-throttle delay.

they jsut don't build them like the use to

And alcantara interior bits, more aggressive suspension with a more aggressive alignment, a bit shorter gearing, bit hotter cams that shift the powerband up a bit and a raised redline, a more aggressive exhaust, a body kit and 18s with pilot sport 2s, blah blah blah. There was a good deal of difference although there are also some issues associated with them.

when it came out new it was not worth it.
        Who cares?

My dad has an 05 ZHP sedan. It's a great car, the performance bump may not be too large but the cosmetics/handling/interior treatment makes the car an incredible improvement over a ZSP optioned 330i.

Worthless responses? 03 is not the only year they had the six speed. Our 05 ZHP had a six speed so STFU with your worthless responses.

All ZHP spec'd cars had either a 6 speed manual as standard or an optional automatic (not sure it the slushbox is a 5 or 6 speed). In addition to the standard 6-speed, there's a small bump in power and torque and slightly higher redline, higher top speed, better suspension, limited slip diff, leather/alcantara/aluminum cube-patterned interior, shadowline window trim, unique front & rear bumper facias, lip spoiler for the trunk and probably a few other items which escape me at the moment.

There were also some non-ZHP spec 330i and 330ci cars that were optioned out with a 6-speed manual (I believe 2003 was the first year). Everything else about the car was standard issue E46 330 in terms of power, equipment choices, etc. but the 6-cog manual was an option. You don't see these pop up on the market very often - but they're out there.

No. The package was available on all variants, but the sedans are in the greatest numbers. ZHP coupes and 'verts are pretty rare.

Ah, they didn't actually put one on! The rear end ratio is a bit higher (3.07 as opposed to 2.93 i believe..), but it's still open. A bummer, no doubt.

The regular 330i came with a 6 speed, and this has already been gone over in the thread. So yes, your responses are worthless. Shut your pie hole.

                              You're right...I was thinking M3. A bummer indeed.

Indeed, the E30 is the last of the non-M 3 series that came with a limited slip factory option. :(
