my favorite sandwich is a wish sandwich. that's that very special kind of a sandwich where you have 2 pieces of bread and you wish you had some meat. bow, bow, bow.

A well made Turkey Provolone with good ingredients is my go-to sandwich. It's almost my benchmark for trying new places. If they can't get this right, they aren't worth my time.

Pulled pork with coleslaw is also great, but can go very wrong if not done just right. Cubanos are good as well.
