Go ahead and try and chirp 2nd with a high quality 225's sticky summer tire. Sure you *might* be able to, but you're putting a hurt on things like a ricer would. Stop that.

I was starting to think something was missing from my s52 as well, my tires aren't POS's I guess that's why. Rubber dust all over my back rims FTW though.
