MAX has been Found!!!! we are ecstatic!!! He's just been crying since he's been home. Very tired and hungry as well. Can't believe how thin he's gotten in 24 hours. Thanks for all the kind words fellas, this usually never happens on r3v.

R3V does have a real good side, not everyone is an immature asshole 24/7. You lost your dog, you're upset and i'm pretty sure everyone here can relate to it, or feels bad. Grats on finding him!

FWIW, if this does happen to anyone in the future, Craigs list is a great tool for finding lost pets. alot of us (rescue and foster people) will actually go out and look for lost pets in our area. It pays to be on your neighborhood boards and online forums for this specific reason. Also, CL has a great network of pet advocates that want nothing more than to reunite you with your lost pet.
Mfever, I am glad you got your pet back, get him chipped, and the more info on his tags the better. My dog actually has our phone number embroidered on his collar in large readable numbers, with his name as well. You may want to get one of those too.
                      Yours truly,
                      Rich

Thanks guys! At around 12 am last night we got a call from someone who had cornerd him in food for less shopping center. they loured him into their car with pizza and quickly gave us a call. He's home now and quite thin. 24 hours really did a number on him. He's really tired and is still continuing his crying. He'll be getting a chip for sure as well as gps tag, as I do not want to go through that again. Also, we did use craigslist as a tool as well as all the animal shelters in the area and would recommend for everyone to use in cases like these. Once again thank you all for the kind words.

i had a husky that would always escape on me, weasly lil fucker, but id either catch her or shed get tired out and come back home. good feeling when there back, but one of the most infuriating and stressful situations for sure
