If you are on Twitter complain on Twitter. After months of trying to get an issue resolved I had a manager personally call me within a couple hours of "tweeting" about it.

This is what i'm afraid of. I worked my balls off digging through a mountains of wheels at the junkyard, pulling parts in 100deg heat, loading it, unloading it, photographing, posting, replying, packaging, shipping, correspondence.....and to have it taken away b/c I used Paypal for it's intended purpose is unthinkable. I couldn't sleep last night.

Does Paypal have the ability to determine the IP Address of the computer used in the transaction?? I used my wife's laptop, I wonder if this has anything to do with it?? She has the printing software on her's, I completed the transaction and printed the DHL labels with her computer. I just got mine back from being repaired so I just have basic XP. My laptop is the one that I have completed IIRC every other transaction with Paypal.

From what I understand they are looking for patterns. Large payments received, and cash withdrawn - lagging on shipping, ect. Sudden jump in sales, ect..

Well, seeing as how I am currently unemployed, my selling wheels and stuff is supplementing my meager bank account. So after I sell a few items, I transfer a good amount into my bank account BUT I still have a relatively large amount in my Paypal account. I can only assume that scammers have different methods.

hey man, you def CAN call 1 800 numbers here in germany-- for the last 5- 8 years or so--- the catch is it isnt toll free. call and just stay on the line.

yeah, paypal europe is a pain in the ass. I have 2 paypal accounts that were locked foreverago. they send me stupid crap all the time. I am for some reason not allowed to send personal payments-- wont even let me have the choice. its the NAZIs over here I tell you.

best of luck. 2 times I just gave up and opened a new account.

And the worst part is that I am being treated like a criminal for using my own account.

I was burned by paypal ealry for about $500. fought for about 4-5 months and was treated like I was the one who made the mistake.. So i cut my losses and ran..

That's kinda of the problem and the monopoly of the hole paypal B.S.
Unless the seller will except a money order or bank check, I can't

What I end up doing is I send the seller my email, phone #, my address
Company address, and full name.

Then I sent a bank issued moneyorder. This way I can track the moneyorder, if needed...

I haven't had a problem yet, I still do this with my ebay stuff and all the other forums I'm on..

Dealers, i just call and use my CCard #....
