I feel like there would be more physical damage to her if the car ran her completely over. Also, I don't think that would hold up in a court of law but I'm not a lawyer. Just my 2 cents.Comment

first off, nothing comes up online about the case number.
second, the car has absolutely no damage on it.
thirdly, that puddle coming out of her mouth looks more like water rather than blood.
fourthly "Rachael" blatantly ignores blondie with the camera when she walks in the house. The girl with the camera was like 5 feet away and most of the lense was clear of the counter.
fifthly, the car doesn't look like it hit a speed bump.
sixthly, the blondes name is Mircea Monroe an actress.

It's pretty simple to make a car accident like that in Adobe After Effects. Heres a test I did up for class with my old e36.
Granted, mine looks more fake, but with some fine tuning you can get it to look pretty real
