it's not Photochopped cause our crater lake license plates here in Oregon aren't 3D either, they're printed or whatever on the plate. Plus the guys fraying shorts have a string over the license plate, which would be very hard to do.

Look at the fraying and then the light reflections on the letters .

Here in Texas the normal tags are the stamped kind while the vanity tags are printed onto a flat tag .

But yeah it is funny that its a white guy .

It's true. Plus, the reflections on the lettering are too real to be photoshopped.
