StyleXP is a pretty good program to use if you want to change the theme.

That's what I use. Its hard to find many good themes though.

rightclick your desktop to get to display props.. goto theme.. goto classic windows

I used to have a custom desktop from Activedesktops program

there are 1,000's of desktop setups outside of standard windows

its a mixture of the end screen from the origional half-life and a e30 outline
