    Any Tee-Shirt Designers?

Ok, so I need to get some shirts silk screened or printed on. I'll need about 100 to start. I have the design ready but I'm just not sure about the details.

What is the best bang for the buck way for a single color design? I want the shirts to last a while and not have the thick-iron-on-style feel to them.

I was thinking about using shirtsinbulk.com to get the actual shirts... has anyone dealt with them before, do these prices seem fair?

I figure someone on r3v will know.

That seems a little expensive? Shirts in Bulk is offering a Blue Cotton shirt for 2.12$?

Why are their prices so low compared other retailers? Thanks for the tips. I'll definitely read up on t-shirtforums.com too.

I work at a screen printing company. We use Gildan shirts because they are fairly cheap and really good quality. Screen printing will be the best for the thin feel. What type of design do you want to do? Color of shirts and ink color you want?

^Fannman, I was going to go with the Gildan Shirt as well. I need the shirt to be light blue and the screen needs to be black. I think I've found the company to do the screen printing. But they're wanting almost tripple what I can find the shirts online for. Is that pretty typical? For a basic gildan shirt they want about 5.50$ each.

I found the Mens Gildan tee for 2.25$: http://www.shirtsinbulk.com/pd/Gilda...G-S-LIGHT-BLUE

And the womens for 2.31$: http://www.shirtsinbulk.com/pd/Gilda...2XL-LIGHT-BLUE

I hate to nit pick on the cost of the shirts here , but once I start ordering several hundred it's going to add up quickly. What does your company charge for shirts?
