Tesla recalls 439 of thei roadsters.

Tesla is recalling 2010 Roadster 2.0 and 2.5 models because of a possible fire hazard involving the 12-volt electrical system.

Anyone that would pay that much for an electric vehicle is nuts anyways.

          The car is what matters?

205's are for mileage savings. 100K+ for a feel good car.

In most cases, yes. And if you follow simple logic, we were speaking about cars here. Your question is off base.

In most cases yes? Simple logic, you bring up whether the guys car was faster but yet you want to remove the driver from the equation. Might want to educate yourself on cars vs drivers.

Electric cars have a long ways to go. Until prices and ease of use is greatly improved, I'll be loving my gas guzzler.

If I'm dropping 100K on a car, I want something that will desecrate the planet with 12MPG, 2 seats and a million torques.

I get enough of that "feel good" thing riding a $300 bicycle to work everyday.

They tried it on the test mule ( just a stripped lotus) but didn't last.. if you look at the tailend powerplant.. it much wider the the powerplant in the lotus the actual lotus axles were too long..

                          And yes there gay..
I love my Elise, I get awsome gas mileage and it's half the price of the Tesla and performs better....
Now if they could get a car like the 7series to perform like the Tesla with out or little gas I may drop 100k...

                          oh like a fisker...

There's no arguing a few things with the car. But for that kind of money and adding in all the other silly stuff like miles per charge and I'd gravitate to a gas car till the technology improves.
