I don't think it lost because all of the dealers teamed up and voted together.

So now what happens? Are they just going to keep putting it on the ballot every election until it passes?

I was hoping this would pass but who really cares if it gets legalized in one state....they need to work on at least decriminalizing it in all the states

the whole point is that, If legal in one state, it becomes much easier to decrim/legalize in another state. highschool gov't taught us that the states are, basically, testbeds for legislation which can work nationally
