                              I think they had some room for more bacon, because I didn't see enough in there. Other then that, it look great.

                                                      not as bad as you may think, I can debone a bird rather quickly, "meat glue" or stuffing is a rather quick process also, now cooking would take im guessing atleast 8-10 hours in that grill probably longer, could be done in about 4-5 hours in a Caja China.
