So, why was it passed? What are the supposed benefits?

Is it one of those deals where all of these negatives are in the bill but not the intended purpose of the bill? (Kind of like the health care bill giving everyone the ability for single identification... which could be interpreted later as a computer chip but not necessarily is)

Its just another power grab, just look at all the great totalitarian govt's of the past and current. Whats one of the 1st things they do. Get control of the food supply. This bill is a way to do that in the future. To make it hard to grow your own and barter if necessary with others if the shit hits the fan.


Control the food you control the populace, this is the the 1st step in that direction. Its passes on feel good, for your own good premise. More unintended consequences from not reading the fucking bill, and voting on the title alone.
