    North Metro Atlanta job search...

So, I worked a large storm in Oklahoma City, things slowed down, now I am back to Georgia. Lawrenceville is now home and jobs are scarce. Been on craigslist and Monster for about 3 weeks.

Im looking for something sort of flexible so I can continue my accounting degree in January.

Long and short is just feeling out there. At this point I will porter, sell, drive a garbage truck, put lids on toothpaste... whatever pays the bills.

Anyone have any suggestions? Oh and I am not on unemployment either

All I can do is add to the "holy shit this job market really sucks".

Been looking for a month. Most jobs require you to suck it up and get paid minimum wage or you need a degree.
Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

Do you have any skills or education other than high school?

I know there are a lot of openings but employers are able to be picky in this market so unless you want to compete with all of the other people who are out of work right now you need some sort of uniqueness to yourself.
        Im now E30less.

I definitely understand a competitive market.

I have been going to Kennesaw State University since 2007. Working toward Account degree right now. Im not really looking for a 9-5 job, something more flexible is necessary.

Old jobs for college students like grocery store and waiter are impossible to get! I have worked in sales for a couple years. Im mediocre at best right now because I hated the construction industry.

Just kinda looking for something that pays my lil bills so I can get to school done.

So you're saying I should run for Congress?
