On a further note to this topic it seems my xmass bonus this year is a NEWER work truck. I guess I am making them enough cash with that OLD POS I posted earlier, to get a better Rig.

Seems its gonna be a 06 Dodge Power Wagon Kinda a factory "bro truck" from some of your definitions. Not real sure if its a cummins yet (god I hope so) but the gassers got a 4:56 gear set so it might be alright.

Not a bad deal, I'm not a huge dodge truck guy but the Power Wagon is pretty nice. Its a real "off-road" pkg not just some stickers and colored shocks.

On a side note about OE off-roaders I really like the Ford Raptor, I got a ride in one on a purpose built off-road track. We were 4 wheels in the air on a few occasions and it never bottomed or topped. Very cool. I'd love to have one for bombing around on the dirt-roads and 2-tracks.

Its not a work truck but for a DD / toy it would be pretty fun.

From what I've seen of the power wagon, it is a well set up truck that you can actually use off-road. Those that bro it up probably won't spend for the power wagon in the first place. I'm pretty sure they're gas trucks (which I don't get).

Yeah Cummins was an option the power wagons, but most of the ones I have seen are gassers. I am gonna give it a shot and see how it goes, If I dont like it I will ask to get my old POS back

I assume most of them are gas because of the extra weight of the Cummins. The hemi weighs a bit less than 500 pounds while the Cummins weighs about 1000 pounds.

A Powerwagon is laoded and is a fairly expensive option package, and the Diesel is also a VERY Expensive Option.

I read some review on the power wagon when it first came out and they said that's one of the reasons for using the gasser, though it may not actually make much of a difference.
