        These are the wrenches I got from my wife, just tried a couple of them out, and they're awesome (metric ones, of course). They do like 6-7 different kinds of fasteners in different sizes, and they'll do rounded off and damaged bolts, too.

              I bought the Gear Wrenches at local Advanced when they were on sale. Sears carries them as well. I didn't like the Craftsman versions.

                  I really like them, and you can never have too many wrenches. I've got 23 now, giving me 2-3 in just about every size. I imagine these will be really good for keeping a hold on tricky fasteners in trickier spots while you loosen/tighten them from the other end with another wrench or ratchet.

                                The only problem I have with those is that because they are made to fit a bunch of different types of fasteners, it doesn't fit any of them perfectly. Which seems like you would be more likely to round off a normal bolt head because the fit isn't so great. On a rusted or mangled bolt though I bet they would work great.
