This sounds very similar to my first experience purchasing from them, keep in mind this was over a year ago so I would hope they had gotten better by now. I received confirmation instantly that my order was placed and received...and then never received any confirmation for over a week about any type of shipment. I shot them off an email, then waited nearly another week for a response about how some of their equipment had broken etc.
I did receive my shirts finally over a month after the order was placed, but if I'm dropping over 100 bucks on clothing, I'd expect a little better communication and turn around time.
I actually searched specifically for feedback on them because I'm about to place another large order, and I've seen they do have something on the website about trying to get caught up on orders from the holiday.
I'm thinking I should wait or hit up Guten and see what they've got laying around because I know for a fact they're fuckin' awesome!
