                        If I had $15K spare, I would buy some cheap real estate, foreclosure stuff. 3 decent houses, figure $3000 down X 3. Get good renters and only worry about breaking even, put a little cash into each one, keep them nice. Hire a bookeeper to run the money part and play "bad cop" on the renters.

                        EDIT: Early 90's 4.3 V6 2WD S10 with a 5 speed and a canopy. Fresh motor, clutch and suspension (LSD maybe?), Maaco paint, some decent buckets (E34 power/heated?) and have maybe $3500 MAX into it.

                        Should be able to own it for 10 years without spending more than $500 in repairs. Drive the hell out of it chasing parts for your E30 and your 3 rental houses.

                            I say B5 S4. If you need lots of room get the avant. For 15 you should be able to get a well built

                                                            e30 MM M20B31, TR6060 6-speed, re-upholstered alcantara interior. That should get you to $15k easy, perhaps $20k.
