There's only about 5 cars I would really want to own. I already have an AE86 and E30 and considering my first two choices in this thread aren't really an option in the U.S.
The only other car I would buy is an S12 Silvia.

Purchase of car should be about 1-3k
~3k doing a good CA18DET conversion.
~2k on proper Japanese 14x8's (SSR, Work, Hayashi. Etc)
~Rest of the money on suspension, brakes and looking nice.
