We've had bum issues with ours, do you share it or can you put a lock on the doer?

well its shared but only with my tenants. in other words i provide the dumpster for my tenants and my wifes dental practice. I could lock it but then its a hassle for all those using it. i thought id try the sign first. and then perhaps lock it if that doesnt work
