^ I love the stuff on your flickr!
I tried out my friend's 50mm f1.8 earlier today. Decided that for what I want to shoot, I should definitely go with the 35mm. I also need more practice with higher aperture shots. Fun stuff though, I really liked the "crispness" of the lens.

for free............... not a bad place to start from, you will outgrow it rather quickly though I would think. I would not turn the ISO up past 400 though or it will start to get really noisyOriginally posted by FusionIf a car is the epitome of freedom, than an electric car is house arrest with your wife titty fucking your next door neighbor.

get a cheap fast prime for it and start shooting in Manual or Aperture priority 50mm F1.8 is like a 125 bucks new the little palstic fantastic is a little long for landscaping but good for car people and general all around stuffs. I personally would be looking for something in the 28 or 35mm focal length on that crop body to play around with but those focal lengths are a little bit more moneyOriginally posted by FusionIf a car is the epitome of freedom, than an electric car is house arrest with your wife titty fucking your next door neighbor.
