Me too, it's definitely something I need to work on and practice. I like a few different "styles" of editing I've done, that's I think my problem when I did more working with photo manipulation long before picking up a camera.

Yeah I have about 5 different versions of that picture, some with the background less of a contrast, some more with different lighting on her or elsewhere. I wasn't sure what I liked most so I sent her quite a few different versions of each picture unless it was obvious what the best edit was.

Nailed the timing on that one. I would have walked over and into the snow to avoid the phone pole.


As far as the portrait... I'd keep the lines straight up and down, I feel like the image is crooked. Then again she may look crooked if you rotate it... which is a pose fail.
